Making sure our Voices are Not Ignored

By: Jacqueline Yepez | “To be young and not be a revolutionary, is an even biological contradiction” - Salvador Allende.     In this century of social changes, revolutionary ideas and technology, the main actors of the scene are us, the young generation. We are the most impacted ones with all kind of phenomena around the world, from environmental, to politics, to social, and so on… What would happen if our voices were not heard? How could everybody understand the actual era without understanding its main elements? Simple - we would not be able to do it, and without understanding the present we cannot progress as individuals and as society. We have to fight to make sure our voices aren’t ignored, because we represent the present and the future.
