Andrea is entering her 2nd year at McMaster University studying (Hon.) Health Sciences. To further her passion for gender equality and education rights, she joined the Girl Up campaign in 2016. After founding Nova Scotia’s first chapter, Andrea had the opportunity to serve on Girl Up’s Team Strong 2018 initiative. She has served as a member of Girl Up Canada’s Coalition since 2018 and is sharing her passion for Girl Up with the McMaster community as a co-founder of Girl Up McMaster. She hopes to make an impact on those in her community and globally by engaging and empowering individuals around her.
